Reunion
Today was the first day we met after the Chrismas leave. We gathered in 227 and had a really good discussion about the overall evolution of our project. I think it’s great that we finally managed to get together and make an overview of our work so far. It seems that the prototype is coming along nicely, and so are the personas. Today I finished gathering and selecting my materials for the report, and tomorrow I’m going to start writting. Everything is going ok and we look forward to the results of the 1st semester project ![]()

Some usefull links
Here are a few interesting links I found while doing research on intranets. It seems that Jakob Nielsen has made a very ample and thorough report on intranets (about 1300 pages). I found the informations provided there very useful for our reoport, and I hope that others will be able to use it just as we did.

Group Contract
1) We are normally going to work 5 hours a day, in the days the group decides to meet at school.
2) We meet at school, in the week days from 10 o’clock in the morning. If you cannot be there or will be delayed, make sure you announce the other team members in advance. (e-mail, SMS, or call). Make sure to provide competent reasoning for why you cannot be there.
3) The group members decide if and between which hours they are able to work in the week-ends.
4) Have the things you are supposed to do, done in time.
5) Every member of the team should agree upon making a decision. We don’t make important decisions when not everyone can be present. Important decisions: totally changing the layout of the prototype (for example).
6) You are allowed to criticize the ideas that are presented, provided you can give good arguments supporting your statements.
7) Team members can work overtime, provided they are working on individual related tasks, and not on group related tasks.
